I'm Healed!!!!! =D

I have been out of action for the pass 10 weeks because I tore a ligament on my wrist. The doctor said i will heal in about 4-6 weeks but somehow there was a sharp pain whenever I rotate my hand into a certain degree. Yesterday I went for a check-up with the same doctor, she said my ligament have fully grown back but it was just weak. That was supposedly the reason why I'm feeling the pain.

She recommended me to see a physiotherapist, I thought that would be covered up by my international medical insurance. however, nope, its not. Somehow physiotherapy is considered an "extra" treatment in Australia and therefore you have to pay yourself. The fee for one session, $70 AUD. No way am I going to pay for a physio session here.

I consulted my own physio guy, his name was "Fran". Very nice and interesting guy, encountered him once but almost killed me. Very highly not recommended for a physiotherapy.

personally i think that time was really bad but considering I've been out of training for so long.... its ok gua..
bout the "physiotherapy" part, i thought it was a bad idea at 1st for 14 hours because my wrist felt really sore. When i woke up this morning that wrist felt broken. however, it gradually felt better and better throughout the day and now it feels good actually. Much stronger and no pain and as the titled say: I'm Healed! :D Thank You Fran!

my future target for this workout: half the time within one and a half month! and able to finish "Heavy Fran".
